THE DESIGN + SET-UP MOXIE: Because you don’t want to be asked a hundred questions and get pulled into the stress of setting up.  You want your friends and family to relax and enjoy getting ready with you, instead of them sweating and stressing over the set-up of your Wedding Day.   Leave it to a professional to assist you with planning the design to match your vision/style and shoulder the stress of setting everything up day of.

As many meetings necessary to discuss and plan the set-up of your event.

Day-of-Event Worksheet – Vendor and Set-up portion completed by your Moxie Coordinator.

Meeting to visit your ceremony and reception sites to diagram the set-up.

Meeting to visit your rental company to set up and photograph a sample table set.

Meeting 2-5 days prior to your wedding date to pick-up and review all event items and decor.

On the day of your wedding, your Moxie Coordinator will arrive to:

  • Set-up the entire ceremony, social hour, and reception sites, making sure they are ready before your guests arrive.
  • Direct and answer the many questions as your vendors arrive.
  • Troubleshoot any event issues that may arise during the set-up of your wedding.

Design/Set-up Investment (focus on only getting ready instead of the stressing over the many set-up details): $2,000 + staffing
